Our client is a leading global professional services organization seeking a Senior PR & Communications Specialist to drive strategic marketing and communications initiatives across Indonesia while collaborating with regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing and communications professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, developing integrated campaigns, managing executive visibility, and delivering high-impact events and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and market presence in Indonesia.
- Build relationships with key media, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Identify speaking engagements, conferences, and networking opportunities for senior executives.
- Lead the planning and execution of executive events, client engagements, and webinars.
- Develop compelling marketing content across digital, print, and social channels, including articles, newsletters, and executive communications.
- Review and localize English and Bahasa Indonesia marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams on cross-market campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of media relations, content marketing, events, and digital communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Good understanding of Indonesia's business and media landscape.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.
Preferred
- Existing relationships with Indonesian business media.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or another knowledge-based industry.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
