Role Description

The Senior Planning & Scheduler (Project) is a contract, on-site role based in Denpasar, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project schedules for building and construction projects. The role includes developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, integrating inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The Senior Planning & Scheduler will track progress, analyze schedule variances, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for project leadership. Daily tasks involve reviewing resource allocation, identifying potential delays, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with project milestones and contractual requirements. The role also collaborates closely with project managers and site teams to support decision-making and maintain efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project scheduling and planning skills, including experience creating and managing detailed construction schedules using relevant software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform progress tracking, variance analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
• Candidates should possess communication and coordination skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and present schedule reports clearly to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of construction processes, contract requirements, and project management principles within residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Denpasar with a high level of reliability and professionalism.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior planning or scheduling role in the construction industry, are highly beneficial.
