About Job
We are looking for a Senior People Partner who can partner with business leaders while also building and improving People practices across the organization.
You will work on both day-to-day people partnership and strategic People projects. You will identify gaps, design practical frameworks and processes, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions that can scale with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and managers on people, performance, talent, and organizational matters.
- Understand business and people challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
- Lead People projects from problem definition to implementation and measurement.
- Build frameworks, processes, and tools to improve how we manage people.
- Develop and improve areas such as performance management, career development, talent management, engagement, organization design, or workforce planning.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Work with different People teams to design and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Coach and advise managers on people management and employee matters.
- Manage complex employee relations and organizational situations.
- Drive change and ensure new People programs are adopted by the business.
- Continuously review and improve People programs based on business and employee needs.
What We're Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in HR, People Partnering, HRBP, or a similar role.
- Strong experience partnering with business leaders and managers.
- Proven experience leading People projects and building frameworks or processes from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
- Comfortable working with data and using insights to make decisions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to influence and work across different teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience in a technology, startup, or high-growth company is a plus.
