About the Role
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end supply and partnership strategy for digital products (games and gift cards), with a strong focus on managing and expanding partnerships with Mandarin-speaking vendors. The position ensures competitive pricing, reliable supply, and strong vendor performance while leveraging market insights, demand planning, and financial strategies to support business growth.
Job Description
- Identify and secure cost-efficient global supply channels, particularly with Mandarin-speaking partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and supplier expansion.
- Act as the main PIC for Mandarin-speaking partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify pricing and product opportunities.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock availability to prevent out-of-stock for key SKUs.
- Forecast demand and prepare stock for major campaigns, events, and seasonal spikes.
- Optimize slow-moving inventory through targeted campaigns or liquidation strategies.
- Monitor FX fluctuations and adjust sourcing strategy to protect margins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply, B2C, B2B) to align supply with business needs.
Job Requirement
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must for managing external partners.
- Experience in partnership, sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Solid analytical skills for pricing, performance tracking, and market insights.
- Understanding of supply chain, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with global sourcing and currency (FX) considerations is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
