Requirements

Minimum 510 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or related roles.
Proven experience handling strategic / enterprise-level partnerships (B2B, corporate, government, BUMN preferred).
Strong understanding of commercial models, revenue sharing, GMV-based partnership, and negotiation strategy.
Experience in fintech, payment gateway, e-wallet, financial services, or technology industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
Data-driven mindset; able to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
