JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Partnership Executive is responsible for executing partnership plans to support the company's business objectives. This role focuses on expanding the Wi-Fi partner network, fostering strong B2B relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential partners, analyzing partnership opportunities, managing post-collaboration projects, and optimizing partnership performance. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to integrate partners effectively and enhance business growth.
SCOPE OF WORK
1.Searching, Building, and Expanding the Partner Network
2.Analyzing Needs, Consulting on Collaboration Strategies, and Implementation Planning
3.Managing Post-Collaboration Projects & Supporting Product Development
4.Enhancing Operational Efficiency
5.Team Development
Support onboarding, training, and coaching of new team members to build capability and ensure effective collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Partnerships or Business Development within B2B environments, has familiarity and knowledge in the media and advertising space industry.
Industry Advantage: Preferred candidates with experience F&B Merchant Acquisition, Retail Store Operations, Entertainment & Lifestyle Venue, FMCG Sectors
Other skills:
Leadership Exposure: Experience working with C-level executives and in large business environments.
Communication: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, particularly with corporate clients.
Collaboration & Influence: Proficiency in presentation, consulting, and teamwork, with the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders.
Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose practical and strategic solutions.
Personal Qualities: hunter mentality, high energy, adaptability, and resilience; a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
Strong Business Acumen with the ability to develop Compelling Partnership Proposal to potential multiple stakeholders in different sectors, high- familiarity in reviewing business contract and commercial agreement
