Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations management, including layout planning, storage system setup, and team management.
Proven track record in building and managing warehouse operations from the ground up (start-up or greenfield projects).
Skilled in workforce planning, operational budgeting, and cost optimization to ensure efficiency.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle and resolve escalated operational issues effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams in alignment with company values and objectives.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and comfortable working with data and operational reports.
Solid understanding of operational policy and procedure development to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
