What does day-to-day look like

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
  • Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions and ROAS.
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimize bidding strategies, creatives, and audience segments to achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop high-performing ads (static, video, UGC, etc.) aligned with brand messaging.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, and CLV.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and budget efficiency.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

What does amazing look like

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Content Strategy, or other related fields.
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy (preferably in fashion or retail).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies (Manual, Target CPA/ROAS, Advantage+).
  • Experience with tracking & analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, TikTok Pixel, UTM tracking).
  • Strong analytical mindset able to diagnose issues like low CTR, high CPC, or low ROAS and provide solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven.
