We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of high-quality visual and multimedia content across digital platforms. This role requires a strong balance of creative execution, strategic thinking, working closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to bring brand stories to life.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

• Develop and execute multimedia content including videos, animations, motion graphics, static visuals, presentations, and digital assets
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Conceptualise creative ideas and process from brief to final execution, creating storyboard, scripts and presenting to the marketing team
• Improve and evolve existing visual assets for better performance and engagement

Video & Motion

• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, internal communications, and campaigns
• Design motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects where required
• Optimise video content for different platforms (social, web, ads, internal use)

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Regional teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining design quality

Project & Quality Management

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output across all deliverables
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and multimedia best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in videography,multimedia design, visual design, or motion design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, motion, and visual design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Capcut (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in Project Management Tools (Asana) will be a plus!
• Strong Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX or web visuals
• Knowledge of social media content optimisation
• Experience working with regional or SEA markets
• Basic understanding of marketing performance and content metrics
• Having their own public social media profile and fan base is a strong plus
