Responsibilities:
- Act as the Mobile Expert within the Marketing team;
- Leading all mobile-related marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade client applications in JavaScript/TypeScript, with demonstrated ownership and significant impact on development, deployment, and monitoring;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering hybrid/cross-platform production mobile apps using at least one of the following technologies: Capacitor, Cordova, React Native, Flutter;
- Ability to debug hybrid mobile applications end-to-end including native iOS/Android layers, WebView interactions, and complex flows with in-app browsers and third-party SDKs as well as validate and trace data flows across analytics, attribution, ad platforms, and backend systems;
- Experience with performance optimization e.g., rendering efficiency, startup time, and WebView resource usage;
- Confident experience with app analytics and attribution SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, Datadog, Amplitude);
- Understanding of privacy and consent requirements (GDPR, ATT, Consent Mode, CMP/UMP SDKs)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of platform-specific attribution frameworks (e.g., SKAdNetwork, Google Play Install Referrer);
- Production experience in native iOS and Android development (Swift/Kotlin/Java);
- Familiarity with server-to-server event forwarding and reconciliation between backend and analytics platforms;
- Experience with feature-flag systems (e.g., GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly, Unleash or similar) and staged rollout of SDK integrations;
- Background in crash/performance monitoring (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry) and setting up alerting for SDK/analytics health;
- Curious about new AI technologies that improve productivity
