Senior MLE

At Insignia, were looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer whos less interested in hype and more focused on what actually works.

Youve moved beyond prototyping. You know that the real challenge isnt training a model its making it run fast, stay accurate, and keep working when the traffic spikes. If youve shipped ML systems to real users, debugged drift in production, or optimized pipelines for cost and speed, this is your space to lead.

We dont need researchers. We need builders.

What Youll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML systems from data to inference

Own the full lifecycle: training, serving, monitoring, and iteration

Optimize models for latency, scalability, and maintainability in real-world environments

Collaborate with data engineers, software teams, and product leads to integrate ML into core features

Build robust data pipelines, validation layers, and feedback loops

Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction for ML projects

Who You Are:

4+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied AI, preferably in a product-driven environment

Proven track record of shipping ML-powered features to real users (not just PoCs)

Strong in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)

Experience with model monitoring, versioning, A/B testing, and CI/CD for ML

Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized systems (Docker/Kubernetes)

Bonus: Hands-on with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, or retrieval systems
