Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for analyzing medical and health data to improve the quality of healthcare services and strategic decision-making. They collaborate with medical teams and management to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve patient outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Collect and analyze medical and health data from clinics, hospitals and outsite medical treatment providers.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to improve the quality of healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain data analysis models to predict patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the medical team and management to develop quality improvement strategies.
- Present analysis results in easy-to-understand reports and data visualizations.
- Optimize processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in medical services latest information and apply this knowledge in PT Vale Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree with 5 years of experience working in hospital administration. Formal education at least S-1 from medicine or Public Health majoring in hospital administration (AKK/Administrasi & Kebijakan Kesehatan) or Biostatic or Nursing or a related field.
- Good in data analysis, statistical methods and tools literacy. Having knowledge data Analysis (Excel, SQL), data visualization (Power point, Power BI), Database management, and statistical methods and data modeling.
- Have a Health Insurance Specialist Certificate (Mandatory).
- Have a Casemix Certificate (Mandatory).
- Have experience in Cost Benefit Control Management.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate, experienced in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).
