Role Description The Senior Media Analyst is a full-time role based in Bandung, responsible for developing media monitoring and social listening methodologies, analyzing media and social data, and transforming findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. This position will contribute to the development of analytical models and data-driven features for Sentimind's media intelligence dashboard. The Senior Media Analyst will also lead the analyst team, ensure the quality and accuracy of analysis, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, and deliver media insight reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in media monitoring, social listening, media analytics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and media analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to turn media and social data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing analytical frameworks, methodologies, or models is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams on data-driven features.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the quality and accuracy of analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time and willing to be based in Bandung.
