Execute Media & PR initiatives across media relations, thought leadership, and event management.
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate media and client-facing events to support corporate communication objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media contacts to strengthen SIRCLO's visibility and credibility.
Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, statements, and other communication materials, ensuring alignment with approved messaging.
Execute thought leadership programmes by identifying speaking opportunities, coordinating submissions, and preparing spokesperson briefing materials.
Maintain and update corporate communication assets, including press kits, media lists, company profiles, pitch decks, and website content.
Monitor, analyse, and report media coverage, providing insights to inform Media & PR planning and execution.
Support crisis communication efforts through media monitoring, drafting communication materials, and coordinating internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills in both Indonesian and English, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with media, including pitching stories, coordinating interviews, and managing follow-ups.
Good understanding of Media & PR practices, corporate communications, and brand messaging.
Experience planning and executing media events, press conferences, and corporate events from preparation through post-event evaluation.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting thought leadership initiatives, media engagement, and crisis communication activities is an advantage.
