Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns driven by bold, non-conventional concepts to maximize brand awareness and aggressively scale conversions.
- Lead the creative brainstorming for TikTok, Instagram, and marketplace campaigns, constantly exploring fresh narrative angles and visual breakthroughs that align with brand identity.
- Craft high-impact, conceptual marketing campaigns that actively shape consumer behavior, while driving the creative direction for the KOL specialist to execute trend-setting movements within the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, engagement rates, conversion rates) on marketplaces and social media platforms to constantly iterate and improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Creative Agency, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, or Fragrance industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem (live streaming, affiliate, and content algorithms), and basic analytical skills for marketplace data.
- Proven track record of mentoring team members or driving cross-functional creative projects to execute high-converting campaigns.
- Self-driven, highly proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
