Responsibilities
- Review Performance Marketing's operational systems over time to identify automation opportunities that allow individuals to focus on their core responsibilities without administrative burden.
- Develop structured operational procedures and workflow systems within the marketing team to establish an organized work environment, thereby outcomes were quantifiable through documented standards
- Develop and maintenance of dashboards used for strategic planning, performance optimization and evaluation of executed marketing campaigns
- Monitor every performance marketing project is carried out and delivered on schedule
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh Graduate or 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent in Excel Formula, & Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and passion for staying updated with industry trends
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (google ads, facebook ads, tiktok, apple search ads, twitter ads, programmatic, ad networks, eom, etc)
- Able to build and maintain professional networks with stakeholders
Bonus Point
- Having certifications on digital marketing trainings / bootcamp/ other similar relevant professional or expertise recognitions KPI
- Agency, E-commerce, banking or financial services knowledge or experience is a plus
