  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management (preferably in F&B, FMCG, or consumer brands).
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels, KOL/influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for assigned brands, including defining brand USP, positioning, and communication pillars.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and develop data-driven quarterly marketing strategies, budgets, and OKRs.
  • Lead discussions with KOL, revenue, and digital ads teams to align on awareness and promotional campaign strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, including defining campaign objectives, channels, and key touchpoints.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, revenue, and growth) to ensure initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for assigned brands and represent marketing in cross-team discussions.
  • Mentor junior team members and support hiring for interns or admin roles within the team.
