Little Skoolz Multiversity is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Mandarin Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. We are seeking an educator who is dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment while taking a leadership role in curriculum planning and classroom excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for preschool children.
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Foster children's language, cognitive, social, and emotional development through interactive learning experiences.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Mentor and support fellow teachers by sharing best teaching practices and classroom strategies.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Handle school administrative duties, including lesson documentation, student assessments, progress reports, attendance records, and other assigned administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the school management and teaching team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Mandarin in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experienced in developing lesson plans and preschool curriculum.
- Able to manage school administrative responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passionate about early childhood education with a caring, patient, and positive attitude.
- A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
