Lead the overall supply chain strategy and operations (inventory, logistics, and warehousing) to achieve company goals in cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop and implement policies, SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S) to drive operational excellence and compliance.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while optimizing costs through process improvements, new tools, and productivity enhancements.
Build strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and develop team capabilities through training, compliance, and people development programs.
What We're Looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management with proven leadership experience overseeing inventory, logistics, and warehousing operations.
