What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager Inventory, you will:
- Manage allocation and distribution of EDC machines to support operational needs nationwide.
- Analyze inventory trends and determine optimal Min-Max stock levels across multiple cities.
- Monitor stock movements and prepare inventory reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Lead stock opname data consolidation and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability and SLA achievement.
- Develop Excel formulas, macros, and automated reporting to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory management processes through data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and macros)
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Experience handling large datasets and creating reporting automation
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain, operations, or asset management is highly preferred.
