phases (study/development → design → construction → handover).
Experience supporting appointment and management of design consultants and construction contractors.
Exposure to construction interface management (ROW/access readiness, multi-contractor packaging, field execution constraints).
Strong understanding of HV transmission scope: line route development, tower/foundation interfaces, erection & stringing sequence logic, and construction risk drivers.
Understanding of design-to-construction readiness (deliverable maturity, constructability feedback, interface management).
