Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to local management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Lead the implementation of corporate HR projects and initiatives in alignment with company-wide strategies and direction from headquarters.
- Maintain regular communication with HQ, providing updates, insights, and data as required to support alignment and decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of group-wide HR policies and directives while adjusting to local context when necessary.
HR Operations & Talent Management
- Oversee the full employee life cycle related to workforce planning, onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and internal changes in employment status, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and manage performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews in accordance with company policies and guidance from HQ.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Foster a harmonious industrial relations climate by acting as a bridge between management and employees.
- Lead bipartite meetings and employee feedback sessions; resolve grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure transparent communication.
- Maintain and enforce discipline across all departments in accordance with the company's code of conduct, policies, and prevailing labor regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and international standards such as QMS ISO 9001:2015.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Promote corporate values and shape a high-performance and positive workplace culture.
- Support change management and organizational improvement initiatives in line with evolving business needs and HQ strategic direction.
- Recommend and implement effective HR schemes and policies that drive employee engagement and company performance.
General Affairs Supervision
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) function including facilities, security, and office management to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure standardized HR & GA practices are applied across the organization in line with corporate and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in HR operations and strategic leadership within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in communicating and coordinating with corporate headquarters or group-level leadership.
- Familiarity with QMS ISO 9001:2015 and internal audit processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
