Senior Manager

Bali Management Villas is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Villa Manager to join our team!

Location: Uluwatu, Bali

Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 + Service Charge/month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple villa properties

• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations & Guest Services

• Handle guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery

• Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency

• Manage staff scheduling, SOPs, reporting, and operational requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience

• At least 2–3 years in a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or similar leadership role

• Experience managing multiple properties is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Proactive, professional, and service-oriented

• Must be domiciled in Bali
