Senior Litigation Counsel

Job Description

• Manage all hospital litigation matters (civil, criminal, administrative, and industrial relations)
• Represent the hospital in court proceedings and mediation
• Handle medical disputes, alleged malpractice, and patient claims
• Draft claims, responses, rejoinders, conclusions, and other legal documents
• Coordinate with management, medical teams, and external counsel
• Provide risk analysis and recommend settlement strategies
• Monitor developments in healthcare regulations

Job Requirements

• Active PERADI member with a valid advocate license (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's in Law/Health Law is a plus)
• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling hospital or healthcare cases strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and Indonesian health regulations
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to do business trip across Indonesia
• Willing to be based in Siloam Head Office, Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
