Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• Have a minimum 2-3 years experience
• PERADI license is a plus.
• Prior experience in a reputable law firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, BPOM regulations, and business licensing and regulatory matters.
• Proven experience in legal drafting, contract review, and legal advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple business units and cross-functional teams on legal agreements, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
• Provide legal advice and conduct risk assessments for business transactions.
• Handle compliance and regulatory matters, including BPOM requirements and business licensing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely legal support and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen contract management processes and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
• Deliver practical, business-oriented legal support to support the Company's objectives.
