Senior Legal Manager (FINNS Bali)
FINNS Bali is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Legal Manager to lead the company's legal function across a diverse and fast-growing business environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all legal matters across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Manage land-related legal matters, including due diligence, title verification, land utilization agreements, ownership structures, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle and resolve land disputes, property claims, litigation, mediation, and negotiations involving third parties, government agencies, and local stakeholders.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
- Oversee legal risks associated with business operations and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, licensing obligations, permits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Support business initiatives by providing commercially sound legal solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the business and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the legal team while establishing strong legal governance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law (Bachelor / Master's Degree)
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience handling land acquisition, land disputes, property-related matters, and complex legal negotiations in Indonesia.
- Proven experience managing litigation, mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian land law, corporate law, contract law, investment law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing legal aspects of licensing, permits, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
- Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Licensed Advocate (PERADI) or other relevant legal certifications will be considered a strong advantage.
