About This Position

We are looking for a Sr Lead of Commercial Quality Strategy to lead the overall Commercial Quality agenda and PMO across the function.

This role will focus on strategy, process excellence, governance, and execution, ensuring quality initiatives are structured, measurable, and aligned with business priorities across internal operations and the vendor ecosystem.

You will lead the team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and bring structure to complex problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Your Missions

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Own the overall Commercial Quality strategy, agenda, and PMO.
• Develop and improve processes, governance, and ways of working across the function.
• Define and monitor performance metrics and business KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and impact measurement.
• Use data and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead, develop, and prioritize the team to deliver key business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, PMO, process excellence, business operations, consulting, or related functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience in PMO and cross-functional project management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
• Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
• Experience in Agritech, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or startups is preferred.
