Job Description

Responsible for proposing, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of activity plans and budgets, including sales strategies and programs across National PKM (Community Health Centers), referral and non-referral hospitals, and Regional Health Offices. The role also develops sales forecasts, provides market insights and future opportunity analysis, and manages tender, e-catalog, and other sales opportunities related to the National Health Insurance (JKN) program to support sales effectiveness and achieve the company's revenue targets.

Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and execute sales activities in government sector sales area
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure achievement of appointed target
  • Determine potential customer and examine their needs according to appointed strategic marketing
  • Do product presentation as a representation of the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in Medical Technologist, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or MIPA from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Having min. 4-5 years as Sales in diagnostics or healthcare industry and experience handling E-Catalogue
  • Ability to rapidly understand and learn, communication skills and outstanding leadership credentials
  • Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Mature resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
  • Tolerance to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel and having driving license (SIM A) is a must
