Experience Range: With at least 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including significant expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM solutions Key Responsibilities: 1. Architect and design scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM to address complex business requirements 2. Lead development, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring optimal performance and reliability 3. Drive requirements gathering and technical specification definition with cross-functional teams to deliver robust CRM solutions 4. Implement and optimize business processes within Dynamics 365, leveraging advanced platform features and automation tools 5. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on Dynamics 365 development standards 6. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics CRM, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience 7. Manage and execute data migration, transformation, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems 8. Evaluate and recommend enhancements based on new features and updates within the Microsoft ecosystem to improve system functionality Required Skills: 1.
