Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and target relevant KOLs for partnerships based on brand objectives and audience alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation, and campaign terms with KOLs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, legal) to ensure smooth campaign integration and compliance.
- Proven experience in KOL/Influencer acquisition or management in F&B, Beauty or lifestyle category.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Willing to be placed in SCBD area.
