Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end IT projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and create mitigation plans.
  • Prepare project documents such as meeting notes, reports, and project plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support UAT/SIT and follow up on defects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager in IT consulting or software development.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and client-management skills.
  • Experience managing small to medium IT projects.
  • Ability to create basic project documentation and reports.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
