Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for existing systems and new IT projects.
Define and document IT procurement needs and processes.
Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional scrum teams.
Manage and prioritize user demands based on business impact.
Prepare product documentation and user guides.
Coordinate Production Acceptance Test (PAT) and support go-live readiness.
Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to evaluate solution effectiveness.
Ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects aligned with the company's annual business plan (RBT).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, IT Analyst, or in digital product roles.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI; experienced with JIRA & Confluence.
Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle, backlog management, and product testing.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to use data (SQL/analytics tools) to drive decisions.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
