Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify process, system, and operational improvement opportunities based on field observations and user feedback.
Perform RCA for recurring system/process issues and propose specific solutions.
Execute UAT, validate requirements, and support rollout of new features and SOP updates.
Provide second-line support for complex system issues.
Summarize user requests and system performance insights for Product/Engineering teams.
Assist Manager in implementing improvement projects and SOP documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
23 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or warehouse processes.
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets; SQL or HTML is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Have leadership skills to lead the team
Willing to work onsite at warehouse locations when needed.
