About the Role
Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our Corporate Design & Development team. This role will play a key part in shaping patient-centric, functional, and modern hospital environments across our nationwide network. If you're passionate about designing meaningful spaces that impact patient care and hospital operations, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Develop interior design concepts for new hospitals, renovations, and expansion projects.
- Conduct site surveys and translate operational needs into functional space layouts.
- Produce layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, and detailed construction drawings.
- Specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, signage, and lighting.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Nursing teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external consultants during execution.
- Monitor on-site construction to ensure work aligns with design standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Support design standardization across the Siloam Hospitals network.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail, design sense, and visualization skills.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
