As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our Jakarta studio. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong leadership skills and extensive experience delivering retail and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of retail, commercial, workplace, and hospitality projects.
• Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and presentation materials.
• Produce and review detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior designers within the team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.
• Collaborate with our regional design teams across Australia and Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, commercial, or workplace projects.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other visualization software is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of design documentation, detailing, materials, and construction.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken English is highly desirable.
