Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Interior Design Lead to manage client-facing design projects and lead the creative direction of interior spaces, primarily in tropical villa and hospitality developments.

Responsibilities

Conduct client meetings and presentations

Develop interior concepts aligned with client needs

Coordinate with architects and project teams

Ensure quality control and design consistency

Manage project timelines and deadlines

Contribute to branding and content activities (monthly Media Day)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in interior design or architecture

Strong portfolio (hospitality or residential preferred)

Fluent English communication

Leadership experience managing teams/projects

Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgment

Willing to work in Bali (9–5 working hours)

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in tropical design

Comfortable appearing on camera
