We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will oversee deployment efforts, guide ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. You'll also help shape new service offerings and partner closely with IT to streamline systems and processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead major Professional Services deployment projects, directing both technical and business resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop, manage, and adjust project plans using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Assign tasks, manage resource allocation, and oversee day-to-day project operations.
- Review team deliverables prior to client handoff to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Apply Palo Alto Networks project management standards and best practices.
- Track budgets, project risks, hours, and expenses; report regularly to leadership.
- Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and status reports.
- Lead internal operational projects related to service development, partner communications, and scheduling.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related fieldor equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leading complex, multi-team or global projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and executive presentation.
- Strong organizational abilities, including information management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements.
- Experience working within a global team
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
