About The Job
The Senior Industrial Relations (IR) Manager is responsible for developing and leading the organization's industrial relations strategy to maintain a harmonious, productive, and legally compliant work environment. This role oversees interactions with labor unions, drives collective bargaining processes, manages dispute resolution, and strengthens communication frameworks between employees, union representatives, and management.
About You
Education & Background
- Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Indonesia. Majoring in Law is preferred.
- Have acquired IR certification (SKKNI/ formal / government standard)
- Active involvement in student organizations during university years is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations at Manager level (mid to senior) only, as part of his/her overall working experiences.
- Preferably from industries such as FMCG, Retail, Mining, Automotive, or Manufacturing, with significant exposure to blue-collar workforce management
Added Advantage
- Previous experience as HRBP for Operations or Sales, or direct exposure to Operations/Sales divisions.
Personal Attributes
- Passion for sports and active lifestyle is considered a plus since we have the employees activities program (KORA, Employee religious program) where the programs have been in IR Waters control and management.
