Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Jakarta. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruiting process, from crafting hiring strategies to candidate selection. Primary responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing employer branding efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with company goals.
