We're Hiring HR Senior Recruiter

The role requires a deep understanding of Talent acquisition and Hiring Strategic HR practices and the ability to manage change effectively in a fast paced environment. [Previous company in Fashion Retail/Livestreaming business will be a plus]

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields.

Minimum 24 years of Recruiter / Talent acquisition experiences.

Fluent in English.

Responsibility:

Create and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple job platforms and networks.

Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
