Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or master degree in Psychology or a related field.
- 8-10 years of HR experience with strategic exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
- Experience in international or multicultural environments preferred
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin
- Details Oriented, Data & Target Driven, Resilience and Proactive
- Good Communication Skill
- Willingness to work from our office in BSD, Tangerang.
