Job Description
- Responsible for the payroll process from payroll preparation, execution, employee income tax calculation review, including liaising with payroll service vendor as well as with global payroll team.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data in company's global HR Information system and assist in any changes introduce by global HR in relation to global HRIS.
- Provide support in recruitment process from selection until providing advice to salary proposal.
- Provide support in the execution of annual performance review process and committee and annual salary review exercise.
- Provide support in training management, training need analysis and training budget.
- Provide advice to employees on company HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR vendor's contract from scope of work preparation, tender process, sole source process, vendor service management, contract value management and amendment if needed.
- Produce various government reporting including internal reports related to personnel data and analysis.
- Provide support in HR vendor invoicing process from SAP to requesting payment approval.
- Provide various HR support and administration when necessary.
- Should operational work activities change, reduce or increase, perform other roles, work duties, activities and/or tasks, outside your normal JD and duties, as requested by your immediate Supervisor and/or management.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 YoE as HR in Mining Industry
- Highly focused, motivated, and self-directed
- Good written skills
- Highly developed verbal skills
