Senior Human Capital Manager
The Senior Human Capital Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end human capital strategies that support business objectives. This role oversees HC operations, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, while acting as a strategic partner to leadership and people managers.
Job Description
- Lead and execute HC strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HC best practices
- Manage HC operations including policies, benefits, HC systems, and reporting
- Support learning, development, and leadership capability programs
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making
- Familiar with General Affair and Operational Office
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HC, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of HC experience, including leadership or managerial roles
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and HC best practices
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Able to balance speed, structure, and people needs
