Key Job Descriptions- Senior HSE and Safeguard Officer (Hendra Kelana):
- Conduct spot checks on A3 construction activities to ensure compliance with HSE and Social Safeguard requirements.
- Report any nonconformance to the PMC and ensure the contractor addresses and corrects the issue.
- Escalate unresolved or significant nonconformance cases to the Project Coordinator or Team Leader.
- Provide written feedback on findings using the agreed template.
- Prepare and develop reports on HSE and Social Safeguard performance.
- Attend meetings organised by the client and relevant stakeholders
