Job Role

The Senior HRBP Manager is responsible for leading the organization's Human Resources governance and strategic people initiatives by developing robust HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment regulations, and supporting organizational development. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role focuses on transforming HR into a strategic business partner while establishing scalable governance frameworks, performance management systems, and employee relations practices that support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen HR governance frameworks, internal policies, and organizational procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, including employment law updates and regulatory requirements.
  • Standardize employment contracts, HR documentation, and internal governance processes.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, organizational restructuring, and HR risk mitigation.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • Design and implement Company Regulations, employee handbooks, performance management systems, and accountability frameworks.
  • Lead the transformation of the HR function from an administrative operation into a strategic business partner supporting organizational growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in HR Business Partner, HR Strategy, or managerial-level HR roles.
  • Proven experience working within structured multinational organizations, international hospitality companies, technology companies, real estate developers, or similarly complex business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing HR governance frameworks, policies, and organizational structures beyond operational HR activities.
  • Experience advising senior executives, founders, or business owners on strategic HR and organizational matters.
  • Strong expertise in Indonesian Labor Law, including employment contracts, Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), PKWT, PKWTT, employee relations, and legal compliance.
  • Proven experience developing HR policies, governance frameworks, and employment documentation.
  • Extensive experience handling complex employee relations, disciplinary cases, restructuring initiatives, and employment dispute resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for daily communication with international management and business stakeholders.
