Job Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company in the energy and manufacturing sector. As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking an experienced HR professional with at least 10 years of Human Resources experience for the position of Senior HR Business Partner. The job is based in Batam, Indonesia.


Key job responsibilities includ

  • ePartner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • .Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
  • .Lead employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • .Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
  • .Support organizational transformation, change management, and culture-building initiatives
  • .Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards
  • .Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement compensation & benefits, learning & development, and performance management programs
  • .Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
  • .Coach and develop managers on people management best practices and leadership capabilities
  • .Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower optimization initiatives
  • .Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance working environment across the organization

Job Requiremen

  • tsBachelor's degree in Law is preferred; degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or other related disciplines will also be considere
  • d.Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner within manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, or other industrial sector
  • s.Strong expertise in talent management, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational capability developmen
  • t.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR complianc
  • e.Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic business decision
  • s.Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, and workforce plannin
  • g.Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills, with experience handling complex HR case
  • s.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skill
  • s.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using HR metrics to support decision-makin
  • g.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environmen
  • t.Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesi
