As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking an experienced HR professional with at least 10 years of Human Resources experience for the position of Senior HR Business Partner. The job is based in Batam, Indonesia.

- ePartner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- .Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
- .Lead employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- .Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
- .Support organizational transformation, change management, and culture-building initiatives
- .Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards
- .Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement compensation & benefits, learning & development, and performance management programs
- .Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
- .Coach and develop managers on people management best practices and leadership capabilities
- .Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower optimization initiatives
- .Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance working environment across the organization
