You will be responsible in the design, standardization and governance of the Manufacturing organization across Asia Pacific region
You will partner with HR and Business Leaders in developing Manufacturing operating models to define roles, span of control and decision rights
You will drive workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness via headcount optimization, organizational transformation and process standardization
You will establish metrics and analytics to monitor workforce effectiveness, capability maturity, organizational health and transformation outcomes
You will develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks and adoption plan to the new operating models, technology and business process
You will lead organizational diagnostics and workforce assessments to identify capability gaps, productivity opportunities, and structural improvement initiatives
You will support collective bargaining preparation, workforce restructuring, contractor governance, and workforce flexibility initiatives across the region aligned with local labor laws and company policies
You will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and overall organizational health across Asia Pacific Manufacturing
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field
10+ years of solid HR experience with significant exposure to organizational design, workplace transformation, succession planning, operational excellence, capability metrics design, change management and labor relations
Experience in managing complex and multicultural Manufacturing, Operations and/or Supply Chain Team within the Asia Pacific region
Partner with HR, Legal, Labor Relations and leaders to develop and execute labor strategies that support business objectives while managing organizational risk
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Proven success in partnering with Senior Leaders in terms of organizational effectiveness and strategic workforce initiatives
Change Management certification and Project Management certification preferred
