Handle multiple complex projects both locally and globally
Lead the Business Team by collecting all the facts (by understanding the business process) and system requirement, provide analysis, liaising with IT and vendor, proposing process and system design to the Manager and user, do the system testing, and ensure the system deployment incl. new process implementation
Document all the project materials from Project Initialization to Project Post Go-Live Support as standard Project Management in order to meet audit standard
Assist the user about details of new system flow, features / functionality, or mechanism in order to ensure knowledge of internal team prior to Application Launching, support the hypercare period, and transfer to business as usual
Ensure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintained ensure proper documentation for all support activities
Perform and document P&C data audit on a daily / weekly / monthly basis using appropriate system tools to ensure only up to date and quality P&C data are kept in the systems
Provide first cut analysis on current specific P&C business system and process for further discussion on recommendation for a better (improvement) and more streamlined process
Help to solve other team problem by giving technical solution based on knowledge/expertise in P&C Process and System
Together with Manager to do resource planning and analysis
Who We Are Looking For
College/University Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
Has experience and knowledged in Excel, PeopleSoft Oracle, Oracle SQL, and SAP
At least 2 years professional experience in IT ideally combined with P&C is a plus
Knowledge in Change Management, P&C processes and systems are a plus
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent in communication and able to manage diverse stakeholders
Able to connect the dots and have a good strategic thinking
