Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling onboarding for new hires: explaining the company, assets handover, making contract
  • Manage the process of employee promotion and mutation
  • Managing the company's organizational structure or change management
  • Create and manage training plan and activities
  • Handling offboarding for resigning employees
  • Manage performance assessment including PIP or PDP program
  • Prepare and provide related reports, other supporting activities in the field of human resources.

Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree preferable from Human Resources or related major
  • Minimum 4 Years of working experience in the field of Human Resource
  • Having significant experience in performance management, training/ L&D and organizational development
