Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with strong business acumen and hands-on HR expertise to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate has solid experience across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees.

This role requires someone with the confidence to work closely with business leaders, the empathy to treat employees as clients, and the language ability to collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing HR business process administration and HR operational independently in various people areas/agenda such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, termination, attendances and other business support needs.
  • Provide advice and support on Industrial Relations matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, treating employees as internal clients and ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with business goals.
  • Deliver HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making related to the assigned department.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, majoring in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering will be preferable. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Organisational Development, HRBP, or HR Generalist.
  • Have experience handling Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, and Performance Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferably from the financial services industry (P2P Fintech, payment, banking, paylater, etc.)
